Private First Class Woodrow Wilson Finley was serving in the Marines aboard the USS Arizona when the Japanese attacked Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941. Finley was one of the more than 1,100 sailors and crew that lost their lives on the Arizona that day and his remains were never recovered. He is memorialized at the Courts of the Missing at the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific.
