"TJ" is what they called him before and after he enlisted in the Marine Corps. I know b/c I was not only his Recruiter but I was there in his passing. I never forgot about you LCpl Zapp and you will always live within in me and my heart. I remember the day you asked to work for me while we were in Iraq. I was a bit reserved/reluctant but I was honored. Therefore I asked my OIC and just so that you know they said Yes! I never got to tell the answer due to the fact that it was a week before the inevitable. I am sorry that I was unsuccessful at talking you out of being in the Supply field but I guess it was true, you wanted to be like me. Well you are my hero and I will always cherish the time that we spent. I hope that you are on the Baseball Team in heaven b/c they need your talent. Tell them that the U. S. Marines sent you.
