  • Kendell:My beloved son was born on the Island of Trinidad on August 17TH.1984.He was the most beautiful baby I ever saw.He migrated to the U.S.in 1999.Kendell was fun loving outgoing and had and infectious smile,He loved music and was very artistic.he also found joy in spoiling his younger siblings,Kennisha,Kendra and Kwesi.Kwesi his little brother, who was three at the time of his death, adored his big brother.I remember when he came home on his 15 days leave from Iraq,Kwesi will follow him every where he went. And would even cry when he could'nt take him with him on an outing.Due to the circumstances surrounding his death,on June 26TH 2008 a bill was signed into law by president George Bush named The Kendell Frederick Citizenship Assistance Act.This bill will aid thousands of immigrant service men and women obtain citizenship. We are proud of all the accomplishments that he made in his short time here on earth. And he will be greatly missed and will forever be in our hearts.
