Born 7/7/1925, Vincennes, Indiana Son of Thomas and Leona Hartley Served in 137th Infantry Regiment, 3rd Battalion, Company L 35th Infantry Division Killed in action in Milligen, Germany on March 8, 1945 Awarded the Purple Heart with Oak Leaf Cluster Interred in the American War Cemetery, Margraten, the Netherlands Remembered by his family in Indiana and by a wonderful family in the Netherlands who have adopted and cared for his grave for over 75 years. You will never be forgotten.
