Victor was a wonderful person. He could make anyone laugh, and there is nothing he would not do for you. My children loved him and he treated them like they were his. He loved his family, his friends, and the Army!! He was going to get out and said the only way he would reenlist was if they promised to send him to the sandbox to do his part. They made that promise and he left just after the birth of his one and only daughter. Victor gave the ultimate sacrifice. There will never be another one like him. RIP brother, until we meet again. Victor was my brother in law, but he treated me just like a sister...Love you bud!
