  • So young to be such a man. You were born to be a leader and inspire great things. We always knew that you were special and extremely gifted though we never would have thought we would see the day you were not here. We miss you and your guys miss you. They have been there for us in our time as true Marines. I am proud to know them for the words and thoughts of you they share with us. You inspired greatness and honor through your unique way. You gained respect of more than just your command but others through your actions and true grit. In hearing that you always thought of " my left or my right " above all, facing all with no regard for yourself and in always treating your guys and the civilians as individual people with respect and honor. For standing up and doing what many including myself should have but never did. For leading and teaching with kindness and with strict by the book tactical knowledge you brought you guys home to their families. Though you were not with them in body you are there in spirit, soul and blood of your beloved brothers. You are everyones hero now, but you know you have always been ours. Son my peace and comfort be with you as you wait in heaven with our Lord and God until we again will be together. Look in from time to time and know we will live each day in your memory and to carry your life on as you would have. We Love You, We Miss You! And yes we see your signs and thank you for giving us that small peace in our days." Semper Fi " peace be with you my Marine.....
